Now its just a matter of time polishing some stuff, adding the last maps of Doom 2 and Ultimate Doom to the map enhancement system, but these things doesnt requires. Brutal Doom V21 GOLD is the final release (maybe not for so long :P), of the Brutal Doom series of mods that is over 10 years old for now. It's possible they may have added in Redemption Denied towards the end, which was the last level in the Playstation version of Doom 2. If I find any other console levels, I will let you know. I am currently on The Spirit World, so close to the end of Doom 2.
I thought The Mansion was quite a cool level, although wasn't so impressed with the other two. Other than that, they have added two other console levels in between Gotcha! and Nirvana: Hell Gate and Hell Bastion, which are both from the Playstation version of Doom 1. Apparently there is another secret level hidden in that one, called Club Doom however, I didn't find it during my playthrough.
I stumbled on that accidentally and hadn't realized they had added any levels until I found that. The first one I found was The Mansion, which can be accessed from Suburbs.
I can't speak for Doom 1, but it does indeed seem that BD has included some of the console-specific levels for Doom 2. I'm playing through Doom 2 at the moment with Brutal Doom for the first time in gzdoom. project brutality 3.0 test 8-19-17.pk3 is a PK3 featuring 3 maps (E2M8, E3M8, PBIntroduction) This WAD is corrupt, it may not load or play correctly.
